Job Description:
You will lead the marketing strategy for Cronofy’s integration partners and industry events, driving commercial growth through collaborative go-to-market initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll define messaging, execute joint webinars and case studies, and maximize ROI at trade shows to expand Cronofy’s footprint within the recruitment and HR technology ecosystems.

What you will do:
Build and execute comprehensive joint marketing plans with integration partners to deliver co-branded webinars, case studies, and marketplace visibility
Define the end-to-end marketing approach for all events, from major international trade shows to exclusive partner dinners and speaking opportunities
Measure and optimize the ROI of partner ecosystem activities, ensuring every initiative contributes to measurable pipeline growth and brand awareness
The ideal candidate:
Possesses 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven focus on partner marketing and event strategy
Demonstrates a commercially-driven mindset with the ability to build strong, autonomous relationships with external stakeholders and internal sales teams
Has a track record of successfully marketing technical products, ideally with experience engaging Talent Acquisition or HR technology audiences
