Medius seeks a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and grow our global partner ecosystem into a strategic growth driver. This role will define engagement strategies for ERP, consulting, technology, and alliance partners, lead co-marketing initiatives, and leverage data for partner success. You will create frameworks and programs that empower partners to deliver business results by integrating partnerships into our overall GTM strategy, while delivering superior client outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with the US GTM teams and will collaborate with your counterparts in marketing roles in Europe to share best practices & establish scalable programs
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute a Partner Marketing strategy that accelerates growth through ERP, Consulting, Technology and Alliance partners.
Define the marketing framework for partner lifecycle engagementâfrom onboarding and enablement to co-marketing and retention.
Build scalable programs that elevate partner visibility and drive measurable pipeline growth, customer adoption and lifetime value.
Collaborate with Partner Ecosystem team and sales leadership to align marketing priorities, investment, and KPIs with business objectives.
Establish clear reporting and insights on partner performance, marketing ROI, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Lead integrated co-marketing initiativesâincluding campaigns, events, content, and digital programsâthat strengthen partner relationships and generate qualified leads.
Launch partner communications and engagement programs that deliver consistent value and reinforce Mediusâ client value.
Collaborate with CMOâs office to ensure message consistency & alignment with broader Medius marketing calendar.
Test, measure, and optimize programs to continuously improve partner-sourced pipeline, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications
⢠5+ years B2B marketing in SaaS with 3 years in Partner Marketing
B.A. or B.S. in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, business, or related degree.
⢠Proven experience building or scaling a partner marketing function from early stages.
⢠Strong understanding of co-marketing strategy, partner enablement, and measurement frameworks.
⢠Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Corporate Marketing.
⢠Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
⢠Strong communicator who can translate strategy into clear action plans and inspire alignment across teams.
⢠Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), analytics, and Crossbeam
⢠Previous experience with âOffice of the CFOâ solutions such as ERP, Accounts Payable Automation, Accounts Receivable Automation, electronic payments, and expense management solutions preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000+ USD, which represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position. This role will also have an annual Bonus as well.
Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed. Compensation may vary for roles performed in different locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for variable compensation (such as a performance bonus or commission), benefits, and/or participation in other incentive or benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
