Opensend is a 50-person, rapidly-scaling, bootstrapped company with an enterprise B2B SaaS data platform gaining lots of VC interest. Weʼve grown 5x over the past year through great ideas, great people and hard work, and have acquired close to 1000 customers.
Role Overview:
As Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic bridge between our Partnerships team and Marketing function, driving co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and demand generation through our partner ecosystem. You'll be heavily involved in the partner marketing strategy, owning execution and measurement of partner marketing programs designed to amplify Opensend's reach, accelerate partner pipeline, and drive mutual revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:
Partner Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies aligned with partnership objectives and company growth targets
Create partner marketing playbooks, campaign templates, and enablement resources that empower partners to market Opensend solutions effectively
Establish partner marketing goals, KPIs, and success metrics; track and report on program performance monthly.
Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to identify high-potential partners and design customized marketing programs.
Campaign Execution & Enablement
Manage end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, content collaborations, case studies, and joint promotions.
Create marketing collateral tailored for partners (email templates, social assets, one-pagers, demo resources, presentations).
Develop and deliver partner marketing training sessions to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Opensend solutions.
Manage partner marketing budgets, promotional resources, and campaign calendars.
Demand Generation through Partnerships
Tracking partner marketing-sourced leads, conversions, and revenue impact; optimizing programs based on performance data.
Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless handoff of partner marketing-qualified leads and maintain partner-seller alignment.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create partner-facing thought leadership content, including reports, guides, webinars, and industry insights.
Coordinate with partners on joint content initiatives that elevate both Opensend and partner brand positioning.
Manage partner case studies and success stories that showcase mutual wins and drive credibility.
Support industry event representation and speaking opportunities for partners and Opensend leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Demand Generation team to integrate partner campaigns into broader marketing initiatives
Work with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all partner materials
Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion and advocacy opportunities within partner accounts
Support Sales enablement with partner-specific battlecards and competitive positioning resources
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem programs.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns that generated measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong project management and campaign execution skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into compelling partner-focused messaging
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms or similar ecosystem tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
Comfortable in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments with changing priorities and significant growth.
