We’re looking for an experienced Online Marketing Specialist. to help us change the way the world works, with Parallels: anytime, anywhere, any device productivity.
The Online Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of in-product marketing campaigns that drive both revenue and customer engagement across one of the company’s key digital sales channels. This role works closely with the In-Product Team eCommerce Manager to implement campaign initiatives, monitor funnel performance, and support our constantly improving the customer journey. This position plays an important role in ensuring campaigns, promotions, and product messaging are executed accurately and on schedule.
The Online Marketing Specialist also supports the management of the Apple Mac App Store channel, assisting with product listing updates, promotional setups, and performance monitoring. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, product management, and creative services, the role ensures marketing initiatives and store updates are implemented smoothly and meet quality and brand standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while supporting ongoing customer funnel optimization, and digital marketing performance.

As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Support the execution of in-product marketing campaigns, ensuring promotions, messaging, and updates are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with campaign setup and configuration within internal systems to support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor customer funnel performance, including trial, upgrade, and upsell flows, and report on key performance metrics.
- Assist in the analysis of campaign and funnel performance data, identifying trends, issues, and potential opportunities for optimization.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of A/B tests and time-based experiments to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards to help track campaign results and communicate insights to the marketing team.
- Assist with the management of Apple Mac App Store listings, including updating product metadata, screenshots, promotional messaging, and other store content.
- Monitor Mac App Store performance metrics, tracking downloads, conversion rates, rankings, and other key indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets, messaging, and promotional setups are aligned with product and campaign objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign messaging, promotions, funnel changes, and store listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Help maintain campaign calendars and project milestones, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are tracked and communicated.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and campaign execution to increase efficiency and marketing performance.
What YOU bring to the team:
- 2–4 years of experience in online marketing, eCommerce, or digital marketing roles.
- Experience supporting campaign execution, digital promotions, or marketing operations.
- Basic experience with conversion funnel analysis, A/B testing, or campaign performance reporting.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables).
- Familiarity with website or product analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
