  • Draft estate planning documents and guide families through protecting their assets and legacies
What You Get
  • No-cost client introductions (no out-of-pocket marketing spend)
  • 100% back-office support: information collection, technology assistance, deed retrieval, document printing and execution
  • Weekly meetings and monthly presentations on estate and financial planning topics
  • Ability to control your own time, schedule, and client load
  • Direct weekly payments—no invoicing hassles
  • A collaborative, supportive network of like-minded attorneys
What We’re Looking For
  • Active State Bar membership in good standing
  • Resident of state with prior private practice experience
  • Minimum 3 years of estate plan drafting experience
  • Primary focus in estate planning and business formation
  • Ability to meet with clients in an office setting, preferred
  • Comfort with virtual consultations and modern tech (Microsoft products, CRMs)
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Preferred: experience with asset protection irrevocable trusts, special needs, elder law, real estate, taxation, business formation, additional bar admissions, or bilingual skills
How to Apply

Send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your estate planning experience and why you’re a strong fit for our Network Attorney role. We look forward to helping you grow your practice while you help families protect what matters most.
