Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist supports marketing initiatives across The Hiller Companies by managing projects, coordinating events, maintaining brand standards, supporting digital efforts, and delivering marketing resources that enable business growth. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agency partners.

 

Pay Range: $65k-85k/yr.  The posted salary range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position at the time of posting and is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location (where applicable), and market considerations. Not all candidates will be hired at the top of the posted range.  The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include any applicable bonuses, commissions, overtime, or the value of employee benefits. Eligible employees may participate in the Company's benefit programs, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of each plan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing projects, requests, and timelines across multiple business units and locations.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, social media, and online business listings.
  • Maintain Google Business Profiles, location information, and respond to online reviews.
  • Assist with the development, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate trade show and event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, booth assets, and on-site support.
  • Develop, update, and distribute sales collateral, brochures, presentations, and branded promotional items.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all digital and physical channels.
  • Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Assist with branch integration, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and process documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • PC skills including MS Office programs, marketing automation platforms, and strong core competencies in project management and brand administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • WordPress CMS
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign)
  • Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, and kneel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 pounds (such as event displays and promotional materials).
  • Comfortable working in office environments and traveling to on-site events or trade shows.
