Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and content, owning execution from brief to performance reporting.
- Build and manage lifecycle and nurture programs that move prospects and customers through the funnel.
- Own our day-to-day social presence across LinkedIn and other key platforms. This looks like ideation, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Create content across formats: blog posts, social copy, email campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and short-form video.
- Manage website updates end-to-end by publishing blog content, building and refreshing landing pages, updating imagery, and coordinating with developers on technical changes.
- Support co-marketing initiatives with integration and channel partners, including joint campaigns, content collaboration, and event coordination.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content and creative production while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
- Collaborate with teammates across Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to stay aligned.
- Support event promotion and logistics when needed.
Required Skills for Success:
- 2-4 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Specialist role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- An exceptional writer who can adapt tone, format, and message for different audiences and channels.
- Strong creative instincts, you spot great content, know what performs, and know how to make it.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform for campaign execution and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, and similar tools for campaign building and content creation.
- Comfortable managing a CMS and coordinating website updates. Able to publish, format, and QA content independently.
- Experienced using AI tools to increase output quality and speed without losing the human touch.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadline accountability.
- A clear, direct communicator and genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Anticipated Salary Range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 CAD. The final offer will consider factors such as your expertise and previous experience.
