Position SummaryÂ
Longitude Rx is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, support business development efforts, and strengthen engagement with health system partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
The Marketing Specialist will concentrate on producing high-quality content, managing digital channels, driving consistent social media engagement (with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn), planning and executing events and webinars, developing thought leadership content, increasing brand visibility and awareness, and tracking marketing performance. This individual will work across teams to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time, aligned with business objectives, and contribute to organizational growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and operating in a fast-paced startup environment where results matter. A successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of independently driving projects from concept through completion.
Content Development, Brand Awareness, and Marketing ExecutionÂ
Develop, create, and execute content across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social media, website content, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and promotional materials.
Drive brand awareness initiatives that increase Longitude Rx's visibility, credibility, and engagement among health systems, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Own and manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring consistent execution and publishing across all channels.
Create presentations, sales materials, one-pagers, proposals, and other collateral that support business development, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Partner with internal subject matter experts and leaders to develop and publish thought leadership content that positions Longitude Rx as an industry leader.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, communications, and digital assets.
Social Media and Digital MarketingÂ
Own and execute Longitude Rx's social media strategy, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, including content creation, publishing, audience engagement, and community growth.
Drive a consistent, high-volume social media presence that increases brand awareness, thought leadership visibility, audience growth, and engagement.
Create and publish executive thought leadership content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, industry commentary, and strategic insights.
Develop and manage a proactive executive visibility strategy, ensuring consistent promotion of company leaders, industry insights, client successes, and organizational milestones across LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase visibility through industry trends, current events, and market conversations.
Manage website content updates and digital marketing initiatives to ensure messaging remains current and aligned with business priorities.
Execute email marketing campaigns and digital communications efforts.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize digital content and campaigns based on results.
Events, Webinars, and Industry Visibility
Plan, manage, and execute webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and industry events from concept through completion.
Develop and execute promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
Manage webinar registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
Identify, secure, and promote opportunities that increase Longitude Rx's visibility through speaking engagements, podcasts, industry publications, conferences, awards, and other external channels.
Thought Leadership and Market Positioning
Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives that elevate the visibility of Longitude Rx, its leaders, and its expertise.
Create case studies, client success stories, testimonials, and outcome-focused marketing materials that showcase organizational impact.
Interview executives, subject matter experts, and client-facing leaders to develop, publish, and promote relevant industry insights and perspectives.
Promote and amplify executive and organizational thought leadership across digital and industry channels.
Public Relations and Media Outreach
Develop and maintain relationships with industry publications, associations, media outlets, and strategic partners.
Draft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and organizational updates.
Identify opportunities to secure earned media coverage, speaking opportunities, awards, and industry recognition for Longitude Rx and its leaders.
Monitor industry news and market trends to identify opportunities for external visibility and brand promotion.
Marketing Analytics and Performance Management
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, website traffic, social media engagement, webinar participation, lead generation, and brand awareness metrics.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility, and campaign performance through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing activities, outcomes, and return on investment.
Project Management
Independently manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Lead project execution with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners.
Maintain marketing assets, templates, content libraries, and brand resources.
Identify and execute new marketing initiatives that support organizational growth and business objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
