The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing, advertising, and outreach initiatives to support patient growth and community awareness of MBJ's healthcare services. This role works closely with physicians, leadership, referral sources, and community partners to promote providers, clinical services, and new offerings through strategic marketing efforts.
The Marketing Specialist oversees digital and traditional marketing channels, including website content, social media, advertising, and patient outreach materials, while monitoring referral patterns, patient satisfaction feedback, and marketing performance. This position collaborates with internal departments to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent messaging that aligns with MBJ's mission, values, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role requires effective communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare marketing
Demonstrated knowledge of digital and traditional advertising practices
Experience with social media platforms and website analytics
Proficient written, verbal, and computer skills
Ability to plan, initiate, and execute outreach and marketing activities
Strong customer service orientation
