ABOUT TRANSIT TECHNOLOGIES

We are building a marketing function that is increasingly data-driven, measurable, and execution-disciplined.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a foundational execution role inside Revenue Marketing.

You will work closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are executed correctly, assets are deployed consistently, and marketing systems reflect the intended strategy.

You are not expected to define strategy — but you are expected to ensure it is executed cleanly, consistently, and without operational errors.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Campaign Execution Support

  • Execute campaign setup tasks in HubSpot and related systems based on defined briefs
  • Build and maintain campaign lists, segments, and audience filters as defined by Demand Generation or Marketing Operations
  • Support email campaign deployment preparation (QA, list validation, scheduling readiness)
  • Ensure campaign assets are correctly tagged, named, and organized in systems
  • Assist in ensuring campaign checklists are completed prior to launch

Content & Asset Coordination (Execution Support)

  • Coordinate preparation, formatting, and deployment of marketing assets including case studies, one-pagers, email assets, and campaign landing page content
  • Ensure case studies and content assets are properly tagged, version-controlled, and stored in appropriate marketing systems (HubSpot, shared libraries, campaign folders)
  • Support Demand Generation and Product Marketing by preparing case study variations for different channels (email, sales enablement, campaign landing pages)
  • Maintain consistency of asset usage across campaigns to ensure correct materials are deployed for each segment and program
  • Assist in tracking where content assets are used across campaigns for basic visibility and reporting

Website Execution Support (Landing Pages & Campaign Web Assets)

  • Support execution of campaign-related website updates, including landing page content updates, form placement, and campaign-specific web assets under direction from Demand Generation and Marketing Operations
  • Coordinate with Value Labs (web development agency) to ensure landing pages and digital assets are built, updated, and launched according to defined briefs and timelines
  • Validate campaign landing pages prior to launch (links, messaging alignment, forms, tracking placement, and basic QA checks)
  • Assist in ensuring UTM parameters, form submissions, and conversion paths are correctly implemented and functioning as expected
  • Maintain organization of campaign web assets and versions within shared marketing systems
  • Surface issues or inconsistencies in web execution early to Campaign Operations or Marketing Operations

Marketing Systems Execution Support

  • Assist Marketing Operations with maintaining HubSpot data hygiene standards
  • Execute updates to properties, lists, and simple workflows under direction
  • Support implementation of tracking, tagging, and UTM structures as defined by Marketing Ops
  • Validate campaign setup against defined pre-launch checklists
  • Ensure accuracy of data inputs that feed reporting and attribution systems

Campaign Coordination Support

  • Support campaign workback execution by tracking deliverables and completion status
  • Coordinate with Campaign Operations on asset readiness and launch timelines
  • Help ensure campaigns move from planning → execution without missed steps
  • Surface blockers early to Campaign Ops or Demand Gen leads

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Assist in compiling recurring performance reports and dashboards
  • Pull basic data sets from HubSpot/Salesforce as requested
  • Support post-campaign reporting preparation with clean inputs and validation
  • Ensure reporting inputs are accurate before leadership review
