Position summary:
We’re looking for a full-time, remote Marketing Specialist to support Ntara’s demand gen and lead gen initiatives across owned, paid, earned, and partner channels. This role is perfect for a marketer who loves to learn by doing, with guidance, mentorship, and autonomy in certain areas.
Key responsibilities
Owned channels
- Assist with creating, publishing, and distributing content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize web, LinkedIn, and email performance.
- Assist with launching and managing Ntara employee LinkedIn program.
- Assist with managing and optimizing Ntara YouTube channel.
Paid channels
- Create, analyze, and optimize ads for Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and remarketing.
- Support sponsored industry events via coordination, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Assist with webinar planning, promotion, and execution.
Earned channel.
- Create and submit press releases.
- Establish relationships with and pitch stories to trade pubs and podcasts.
Partner comarketing
- Support sponsored partner events via coordination, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Support partner co-marketing campaigns and other lead gen initiatives.
Other
- Marketing project management assistance.
- Help support the Ntara brand and other corporate initiatives.
- Travel up to 20% for event management and partner support.
Skills + experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social, email, paid media)
- Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Salesforce Account Engagement module [formerly Pardot], Google Ads, SEMrush)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
