Marketing Specialist
Columbus GlobalWe are looking for an experienced marketing professional who will drive the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for the US business unit at Columbus. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the marketing department, working both globally and locally. In the role, you will run marketing initiatives in the US with a focus on brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation in close collaboration with our business areas and the sales organization.
The role is operational, creative and business-oriented, with a great opportunity to influence how marketing activities contribute to the brand, sales pipeline and business results.
You will be part of a team responsible for running marketing activities in the US and will work closely with a similar role in our other countries.
Note: This is a remote opportunity and can be located from anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute events (physical and digital)
Run and coordinate webinars
Work with paid marketing activities
Develop, coordinate and activate customer cases
Contribute to demand generation and lead-generating campaigns
Follow up and analyze the results of completed activities
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in business areas, sales and other in the global marketing team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and executing B2B demand generation campaigns
2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably from a B2B enterprise environment and/or tech
Very good project management and communication skills
Very good writing skills

Keep up to date with changes/developments in our core industries and marketing best practices, through self-learning, training and research.
Keep up to date with the development of the Columbus offerings and how they could benefit our customers.
Using experience, provide feedback and recommendations to improve current processes/implementation methodology.
Provide support to your peers, your project team and the wider Columbus team for your specific areas of expertise.
Contribute to the continuous development of your team, the company and the group organization through knowledge sharing.
