We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building and executing CORA Group’s M&A brand presence. This role is focused on marketing CORA as a disciplined, long-term, and credible acquirer, supporting deal sourcing, intermediary relationships, and overall visibility within the M&A ecosystem. The Marketing Specialist will own and execute marketing initiatives for the M&A team, leveraging AI-driven tools and digital channels to create a consistent, professional, and compelling presence for CORA as an acquirer.
• Developing and maintaining CORA’s M&A brand narrative, ensuring consistency across all external-facing channels.
• Leveraging AI tools to efficiently create, refine, and scale marketing content for the M&A team.
• Creating and managing LinkedIn content for CORA and M&A leadership to increase visibility with founders, intermediaries, and advisors.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining website content related to CORA’s M&A strategy, acquisition philosophy, and team presence.
• Coordinating with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed to support M&A marketing initiatives.
• Managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.
• Other ad hoc marketing projects in support of the M&A team.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or communications
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve content creation, consistency, or marketing workflows.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience creating LinkedIn and website content for a professional audience.
• Hands-on experience updating and maintaining websites.
• Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is valued.
Compensation & Role Details
Expected Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications
