We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our firm. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities, sales pipeline management, maintaining marketing expertise in property and casualty insurance, acting as a risk advisor to the Account Management team and upholding a close partnership with carriers to support business development activities while maintaining high service standards and improving retention.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities;
Approved P&C State Licenses needed.
Identify and execute cross sell opportunities.
Review submissions and applications for accuracy and completeness.
Analyze underwriting information to determine risk exposure.
Generate and compare quotes from multiple carriers using online rating systems and manual processes.
Collaborate with Account Manager to determine the best coverage options for clients through expert risk assessment.
Communicate directly with underwriters to clarify guidelines and negotiate pricing and terms when appropriate.
Ensure quotes meet all agency and carrier compliance standards.
Maintain accurate records in agency management systems.
Stay up to date on carrier appetites, market conditions, and industry regulations.
Proactively work reports to identify cross-sale opportunities.
Work reports to identify lost business and determine eligibility for win-back opportunities.
Other duties may be assigned.

In-depth P&C Insurance coverage and market knowledge.

Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Effectively market, rate and quote cross sell opportunities to drive new business sales.
Maintain an up to date cross sell opportunity pipeline to proactively quote business and provide advisory guidance to account managers.
Coverage training and utilization of carrier trainings.
Develop strong communication with Underwriters to build our relationship.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI and data analytics.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
At least 2 years of Commercial Insurance Marketing experience
Familiar with Customer Account Servicing
Demonstrated success in customer service skills
Education/Experience:
High School Degree Required
4 Year Degree Preferred
Appropriate insurance agent’s license required
Computer Skills: Word processing, spreadsheets, email software and other related programs. Comfortable working with 3rd Party or Agency management systems, Various Web Applications, Client or Insureon Agent portals and other related online applications.
Physical Demands or Requirements: This role requires sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time, while working in a dedicated office space in your home environment.
Travel Requirements:
This is a virtual first company and no travel is required to complete the responsibilities of this assignment.

The expected salary range for this position is $xx to $xx * and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
