Your Mission
- Overall support: You support our team in all aspects of our marketing and community activities. There will be a strong focus on social media, networking, partner and events but there are other interesting areas like copywriting, website content etc.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow HERO's social media presence across various platforms, creating authentic connections with potential customers and the craftspeople community
- Video Content Production: Create compelling video content that showcases HERO's impact on craftspeople's daily work, from concept to final production. There will be a mix of smartphone video and the steering of bigger productions.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and optimizing content based on data insights
- Community Building: Engage with our Dutch audience, respond to comments and messages, and help build a strong community around the HERO brand
- Adapt proven strategies: You won’t have to build everything from scratch. You can count on the help of your German colleagues, but might have to refine certain details for the Dutch audience.
Your Superpowers
- Outgoing Personality: You're naturally social, love connecting with people, and aren't afraid to put yourself out there – whether behind or in front of a camera or engaging with our online community
- Social Media Savvy: You have first hands-on experience with social media platforms and understand what makes content engaging and shareable
- Video Content Creation: You know how to create high quality content (including audio, lighting etc.)
- Dutch Market Knowledge: You understand the Dutch culture and language, enabling you to create locally relevant content
- Creative Mindset: You bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to experiment with new content formats and approaches
- Meta Business Manager Experience: Nice to have – any experience with Meta Business Manager or similar advertising platforms is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English to effectively communicate with both local and international teams
