Marketing & Sales Representative (US Clinicians)

AMBOSS
Full-time
Remote
Germany

Hi! We are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team, and shape the future of medical education with us!

About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a dynamic learning and clinical decision support tool committed to empowering physicians globally to deliver optimal care. Since our inception in 2012, we've harnessed cutting-edge technology to transform the way physicians acquire and apply scientific knowledge. Each AMBOSSian is passionate about being the champion of clinicians today - this motivates and unites us each day towards success. And what does success look like? When a clinician or med student tells us, “AMBOSS makes practicing medicine easier and enjoyable. I love what I do, and a big part is because of AMBOSS.”

Why can this position be exciting for you?

As a Marketing & Sales Representative on our Direct Outreach Team (U.S. Clinicians Market), you’ll bring AMBOSS to life for medical students and residents across the country—helping clinicians feel more confident, effective, and supported in their work. You’ll connect directly with our community through creative outreach, engaging events, and new initiatives that show how AMBOSS makes it easier (and more enjoyable) for clinicians in training to do their best work. And you’ll work closely with Simone (U.S. Physician Engagement Lead) to find or improve new ways of reaching clinicians and strengthening our community impact.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who loves building relationships, experimenting with new ideas, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will:

  • Support outreach initiatives aimed at connecting AMBOSS with medical students and residents across the U.S.

  • Plan and coordinate event logistics from start to finish—scheduling, outreach, promotion, attendee communications, and follow-up—to ensure a smooth experience for participants.

  • Act as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for current and prospective AMBOSS users, answering questions and helping clinicians get the most out of the platform.

  • Assist in managing residency program group discounts, including communicating with interested residents, tracking participation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials or follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Support, and the U.S. Students Commercial team—to align outreach efforts and share learnings.

  • Analyze engagement data and user feedback to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify opportunities to improve future events and campaigns.

  • Contribute to new outreach experiments, bringing creativity and initiative to test new formats, channels, or partnership ideas that help expand AMBOSS’s clinician community.

  • Maintain organized records and reporting on outreach performance, participation, and feedback to inform future planning and team strategy.

You bring:

  • Excellent English (C2 in verbal and written communication) skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to a wide range of audiences.

  • Strong analytical mindset — able to gather, interpret, and apply data and feedback to improve outreach efforts and program performance.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.

  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport quickly and communicating effectively with diverse individuals across the medical community.

  • Experience with CRM tools (especially HubSpot) or other marketing software is a plus.

You enjoy:

  • Proactive and collaborative work style, thriving in cross-functional team environments where experimentation and learning are encouraged.

  • Learning about the healthcare, education, and technology space, with a passion for supporting clinicians and medical learners.

  • Taking ownership of projects and seeing your ideas come to life.
