Position Overview
We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Intern to join our Provider Solutions team in support of the iPrescribe product. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real marketing campaigns, affiliate program operations, and data management workflows alongside experienced professionals. You will gain direct exposure to digital advertising platforms, campaign performance analysis, and the intersection of marketing strategy and sales execution. This internship is structured for someone who wants more than busywork and is ready to take ownership of meaningful deliverables from day one.

What you will work on
- Support execution of marketing campaigns for the iPrescribe product, including audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
- Assist with the launch and day-to-day operational support of a new affiliate program.
- Perform data resets and organize marketing and sales data across platforms to ensure accuracy and usability for downstream analysis.
- Help manage and quality-check ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms as needed.
- Analyze campaign performance data and contribute to regular reporting and optimization discussions with the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team members on cross-functional iPrescribe growth initiatives.
- Learn to navigate tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, with guidance and training provided.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage data and tasks accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills appropriate for a professional remote team environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, ask proactive questions, and manage time within a structured 9-5 EST schedule.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and how marketing performance informs sales strategy and pipeline development.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot through personal projects, coursework, or prior work experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
- Experience with data organization, spreadsheets, or campaign performance reporting.
- Prior internship or coursework involving audience segmentation, performance analysis, or campaign management.
Physical Requirements
- 100% Remote position. All work performed from a personal home office environment.
- Standard schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Consistent availability during these hours is required.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace are expected.

Compensation
- Competitive compensation with an hourly rate of $20.00. Eligible for overtime per applicable law.
