Position Summary
The Marketing Project Manager is an operator responsible for overseeing the execution of all marketing initiatives across Truly Free Home.  This role owns the systems, workflows, and cross-functional alignment required to bring campaigns, funnels, and growth initiatives to life. You will work across every marketing function, Paid, Organic, Affiliate, Lifecycle, CRO, Dev, Funnel, and SEO to ensure that strategy translates into execution and execution drives measurable results.


This is not a coordination role. This is a leadership role responsible for operationalizing the marketing organization into a high-performance, revenue-driving engine.


Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Marketing Execution Ownership


  • Oversee execution of all marketing initiatives including:
    • Campaign launches (seasonal, promotional, evergreen)
    • Product launches
    • Funnel builds and optimizations
    • Content and SEO initiatives
  • Ensure every initiative moves from concept → execution → launch without breakdowns
  • Maintain visibility across all active and upcoming projects


2. Cross-Functional Marketing Integration

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across:
    • Paid Media
    • Organic & Social
    • Affiliate & Influencer
    • Lifecycle (Email & SMS)
    • CRO
    • Dev & Engineering
    • Funnel Builders
    • SEO / Content
  • Ensure alignment across:
    • Messaging
    • Offers
    • Creative direction
    • Launch timing
  • Eliminate silos and ensure teams are operating from a unified plan


3. Campaign & Launch Management

  • Build and manage detailed timelines for all campaigns
  • Ensure all deliverables (copy, creative, dev, tracking) are completed on time
  • Lead launch readiness processes across all channels
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet deadlines and quality standards


4. Funnel & Landing Page Production Oversight

  • Own the end-to-end funnel production process:
    • Offer outline
    • Copy development
    • Design execution
    • Development
    • QA and launch
  • Ensure pages are built with CRO best practices and brand alignment
  • Improve speed and quality of landing page production


5. Creative & Offer Alignment

  • Ensure all marketing outputs align with:
    • Brand standards
    • Campaign strategy
    • CRO insights and learnings
  • Partner with Creative, CRO, and Marketing leadership to ensure consistency and performance across channels


6. SEO & Content Project Management

  • Own the execution of SEO strategy through project management
  • Manage blog production, content updates, and optimization timelines
  • Ensure alignment with keyword strategy and traffic goals
  • Track execution against traffic growth targets


7. Marketing Operations & Workflow Optimization

  • Build and maintain marketing workflows (Monday.com or equivalent)
  • Define clear processes for:
    • Campaign planning
    • Funnel production
    • Creative development
  • Improve efficiency, reduce friction, and increase output across teams
  • Establish production capacity and realistic timelines


8. Quality Control & Performance Readiness

  • Own QA processes across:
    • Landing pages
    • Campaign assets
    • Tracking and links
  • Ensure all launches meet brand and performance standards
  • Minimize errors and last-minute changes


9. Visibility, Reporting & Accountability

  • Provide clear visibility into:
    • Project timelines
    • Risks and blockers
    • Team capacity
  • Ensure every initiative has:
    • Defined owner
    • Clear deliverables
    • Measurable outcomes
  • Partner with leadership to ensure execution aligns with revenue goals
