Manager

Our team at Blackline Safety is growing! As a people-driven technology company, with a mission to make sure every worker returns home safely, we drive innovation, practice resiliency, demonstrate leadership, go the extra mile for our customers, and empower our people to be their best.

Blackline Safety is hiring a strategic, detail-obsessed program and events marketer to elevate our global presence through unforgettable campaigns and activations, in-person and online.

This role is about more than just logistics. You’ll lead our global events and integrated programs end-to-end — building the calendar, aligning initiatives with commercial goals, and executing with precision to ensure every touchpoint drives brand visibility, demand, and customer loyalty.

You’ll shape our approach to trade shows, third-party events, online experiences and integrated campaigns across key geographies — North America, UK, EU, and ROW. Working closely with our regional marketing, digital, brand, product and growth teams to create exceptional events that deliver measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with a builder mindset who’s equally comfortable in strategy and execution — someone who thrives on tight timelines, cross-functional chaos, and getting things done.

What You’ll Do

Global Events Strategy & Planning

  • Build and manage Blackline’s global events calendar — spanning trade shows, hosted events, partner activations, webinars, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Partner with marketing, product, sales, and client success to align initiatives with strategic priorities, product launches, and regional growth plans.
  • Collaborate with demand gen and brand teams to ensure events are part of larger programs that nurture leads, accelerate pipeline, and build awareness.
  • Define success metrics by event type and audience, and ensure every program is designed to meet them.

End-to-End Execution and Campaign Delivery

  • Own execution for high-impact events, from pre-show planning, promotion to post-event follow-up and nurture.
  • Coordinate logistics, creative assets, demo units, content, speakers, staffing, shipping, etc.
  • Create scalable playbooks and infrastructure that help regional marketers and sales teams execute repeatable, high-performing events.

Virtual & Online Experiences

  • Partner with regional, product and brand marketing to design thoughtful webinars, product launches, and online campaigns that extend reach and impact.
  • Ensure virtual events and programs support lead generation, engagement and customer success goals.

Regional Enablement

  • Build toolkits and content templates that regional and partner teams can adapt by geography and audience.
  • Support execution of key partner events and collaborate on co-marketing experiences.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define success metrics across event and programs.
  • Own pre-event briefings and post-event recaps that communicate impact clearly and credibly to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on global events, field marketing, or integrated campaign execution
  • Proven success executing complex events across multiple regions with diverse audiences and stakeholders
  • Strong project management chops — able to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and competing priorities with ease
  • Experience supporting both commercial and customer-facing events across digital and physical formats
  • High attention to detail — you sweat the small stuff but never lose sight of the big picture
  • Clear communicator — you write great briefs, build strong decks, and can align cross-functional teams around a vision
  • Data-driven mindset — you define impact up front and know how to measure what matters
  • Experience working with cross-regional marketing teams and aligning with commercial stakeholders
  • HubSpot, Monday.com, webinar tools (Livestorm) fluency a bonus
