  • Design, configure, and optimize scalable platform functionality that supports how Marketing plans, prioritizes, executes, and measures work
  • Serve as steward of Marketing's planning, portfolio, and capacity-related data models, ensuring the right structures are in place to support consistent visibility and decision making
  • Enable the frameworks, functionality, standards, and data requirements needed for capacity, demand, throughput, priorities, risks, and portfolio health visibility, in partnership with the teams that define the broader vision and operating standards
  • Partner with Technology teams and platform vendors on integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
  • Lead platform adoption, training, communication, and change management efforts
  • Evaluate and implement workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency and visibility
  • Socialize platform-enabled processes, governance expectations, and ways of working to drive consistency across teams and lines of business
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leadership regarding platform investments and capability development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, platform operations, portfolio management, program management, or related disciplines
  • Experience leading enterprise planning, workflow, project management, or portfolio management platforms
  • Proven experience designing governance frameworks, operating standards, workflows, and business processes
  • Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading teams or managing experienced individual contributors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Experience leading platform implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives
