A Marketing Operations Project Manager role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardizing processes for marketing campaigns, and providing end-to-end program management, analytics, and governance support for the Marketing team within Amdocs’ Experience & Digital Engineering Studio, In this role you will be expected to transform a high-level marketing vision into actionable tasks, focusing on process efficiency, resource allocation, and quality control.

What will your job look like?

  • You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives across digital experiences, campaigns, and go-to-market programs.
  • You will translate marketing strategy into structured project plans, defining scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • You will establish and evolve marketing operations frameworks, workflows, and governance to support scalability and consistency.
  • You will track progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues and ensuring initiatives and campaigns stay on track.
  • You will drive clear communication across stakeholders through regular updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
  • You will support resource planning and prioritization to balance speed, quality, and impact across multiple initiatives.
  • You will assist with and support marketing thought leadership programs such as our flagship CX20 and EX20 studies.
  • You will help operationalize thought leadership initiatives, ensuring studies and insights are translated into assets accessible by our sales and project teams.
  • You will continuously identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and ways of working within the marketing organization.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a marketing, digital, or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign management models.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution across diverse remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
