Quickparts is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage the systems, processes, and analytics infrastructure that support our global go-to-market strategy. This is not a desk-only role. You will own our CRM, partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and drive scalable, measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
You will own our CRM platform, personally lead campaign operations, and be the driving force behind the data integrity and reporting infrastructure that powers our global marketing engine.

What You'll Do
CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Maintain and evolve the global CRM (HubSpot), ensuring structural integrity, data accuracy, and usability across teams
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align CRM workflows with the full customer lifecycle
- Lead training and documentation to support adoption and consistency
- Manage CRM data hygiene, enrichment, and synchronization with ERP (NetSuite) and related systems
- Oversee ongoing governance and platform development to meet evolving GTM requirements
Marketing Operations & Campaign Enablement
- Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Manage campaign execution including segmentation, lead routing, forms, workflows, and A/B testing
- Identify performance improvement opportunities across the funnel, from initial engagement to sales qualification
- Define and enforce UTM strategy and naming conventions for clean attribution and reporting
- Refine lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve conversion and handoffs
Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
- Develop and manage campaign performance dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI
- Own marketing attribution tracking and evolve multi-touch attribution models in partnership with analytics teams
- Monitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and recommend improvements
- Provide insights and performance reports to marketing, sales, and executive leadership
Tech Stack & Project Leadership
- Manage integrations across the marketing and sales technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, webinar tools, enrichment, chat)
- Serve as point of contact for external integrators and technology partners
- Lead cross-functional infrastructure and data projects that enhance GTM performance
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for scalability and consistency
- Support select sales enablement projects
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operations
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Experience with ERP integrations (preferably NetSuite)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and campaign attribution models
- Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, scoring, and funnel reporting
- Demonstrated project management skills with multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
- Exposure to paid media operations and analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data governance
