POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as Learning.com’s HubSpot owner and primary marketing systems operator, sitting within the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the HubSpot infrastructure that powers campaign execution, lead management, automations, and marketing performance visibility. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this person will work as a close partner to the Salesforce Administrator—aligning on data architecture, lead flow, and system integration to ensure HubSpot and Salesforce operate as a cohesive revenue platform. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot-native operator who is as comfortable building nurture workflows as they are troubleshooting sync errors and maintain a strong marketing analytics perspective for data driven recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

HubSpot Administration & Ownership 

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, the platform architecture, user management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Be the counterpart to the Salesforce Administrator—collaborating on integration design, data architecture, and cross-system workflows.


  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, contact/company properties, and list segmentation.
  • Manage and continuously improve HubSpot’s email, landing page, and form infrastructure to support campaign execution at scale.
  • Maintain a clean, well-documented HubSpot instance—establishing naming conventions, folder structures, and change management practices.
  • Evaluate and implement HubSpot product updates and new features that can improve marketing efficiency and data quality.


Data Analysis and Insights 

    • Provide recommendations for data-driven marketing strategies based on insights and analysis.  
    • Analyze marketing KPIs to ensure performance against objectives and identify trends and areas for improvement.  
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, prospect behavior, the ABM, and MQL to SQL journey, and market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.  
    • Support the selection and implementation of marketing tools and platforms for executing marketing functions and analysis.  


Campaign Execution & Operations 

  • Execute marketing campaigns —building emails, enrollment workflows, landing pages, nurture sequences, and smart lists per Marketing Manager strategy.
  • Consult with Marketing Managers on execution parameters, audience segmentation, and timeline to ensure campaigns are built for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Map campaign touchpoints to buyer journey stages and measure influence across the MQL-to-SQL conversion path.
  • Support A/B testing frameworks and apply learnings to continuously improve email performance, conversion rates, and workflow logic.
  • Create and manage campaign level reports and dashboards.


Data Management & Governance 

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by conducting regular audits and data cleaning activities aligned with the company’s data governance process. 
  • Collaborate with the Reporting & Analytics,Sales and Marketing teams to maintain a clean and reliable marketing database.  
  • Partner with GTM leadership to establish scalable processes for marketing data collection, storage, and analysis that ensure high-quality, accessible data in support of the full revenue lifecycle

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 

HubSpot Expertise 

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience—workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, email, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
  • HubSpot certifications a plus (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or Marketing Software).
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot’s native Salesforce integration—including sync configuration, field mapping, inclusion lists, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience building and managing nurture programs, behavioral triggers, and smart segmentation in HubSpot.

 

Analytical and Technical Proficiency  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.  
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools 

Reporting and Communication  

  • Excellent reporting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards and presentations.  
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  

Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving  

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.  

Project Management  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • EdTech experience a plus
  • Knowledge, experience, and an overall curiosity leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for optimization of marketing and business practices.

Salary Range: $90,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
