About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who launches and keeps cross-channel campaigns moving fast and clean. This is a growth role with heavy marketing project management. You will drive initiatives from brief to live, partner with channel owners, and make sure everything goes out on time, on brand, and compliant. You will also support planning and optimization by using data to recommend what to test next.

Your Responsibilities
• Own marketing project management for cross-channel campaigns and digital initiatives
• Build timelines, briefs, dependencies, and clear deliverables
• Coordinate assets, approvals, tracking, offers, disclaimers, and QA
• Ensure launch readiness across paid, lifecycle, web, partnerships, and CRO
• Review performance signals (CAC/CPA, CVR, retention) and recommend tests
• Use AI tools to speed up planning, QA, documentation, and execution

Requirements
• 3-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign operations
• MUST have marketing project management experience across campaigns and digital launches
• Strong understanding of the full-funnel journey and why small errors (tracking, links, disclaimers) can break performance
• Comfortable owning the execution “pipes” of marketing: lifecycle handoffs, web execution, tracking links, and launch readiness
• Strong in project management tools; Figma familiarity is a must
• AI-savvy and uses automation to reduce manual work and improve speed and QA
• High attention to detail; experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a strong plus
• Comfortable working across teams and channels (paid, lifecycle, web, creative, CRO)
• EST work overlap required
• Ideal background on telehealth, healthcare, supplements, or wellness; agency and/or startups

• Someone looking to own paid media budgets, channel strategy, or P&L
• Someone who wants to focus only on creative or brand strategy
• Someone who needs slow decision cycles and heavy structure

Salary
$70k–$90k 

KPIs
• Launch 5 cross-channel campaigns per month with greater than or equal to 90% on-time delivery
• Maintain greater than or equal to 98% QA accuracy on launches (tracking, links, offers, compliance)
• Reduce brief-to-live cycle time by 20% within the first 90 days
