About the Role:

This is a strategy-first role focused on building and scaling the product’s growth system.

You will take ownership of defining how the product is positioned, who it is for, and how it grows, working with existing marketing resources and helping shape the overall marketing function.

This role is not about executing every channel, but about creating a clear direction, system, and growth logic for the product.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Product Growth (Core Focus)
 • Develop and lead the growth marketing strategy for the product
 • Define ICP, segmentation, and identify opportunities to expand the target audience
 • Build clear and differentiated positioning and value proposition
 • Translate the product’s mission into a scalable marketing system
 • Identify key growth levers and prioritize channels

Storytelling & Value-Based Marketing
 • Lead the development of communication strategy and messaging
 • Build marketing that sells meaning, identity, and transformation, not just a travel product
 • Create and guide storytelling across landing pages, email sequences, ads, content funnels
 • Improve conversion through messaging and positioning, not just traffic

Growth Funnels & Customer Journey
 • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys
 • Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion across the funnel
 • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Acquisition & Growth Channels
 • Define acquisition strategy across key channels (Meta, Google, etc.)
 • Work with existing team/resources to execute and scale campaigns
 • Drive experimentation and channel optimization

Community & Referral Growth
 • Develop referral and community-driven growth strategies
 • Turn customers into ambassadors
 • Leverage testimonials, stories, and word-of-mouth

Analytics & Growth Decisions
 • Work with key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
 • Make data-informed decisions
 • Scale what works and stop what doesn’t


We’re Looking For Someone Who
 • Has experience building marketing strategy for a product from scratch or scaling it
 • Understands product marketing, positioning, and ICP deeply
 • Has worked with e-commerce / travel / education / digital products
 • Knows how to combine strategy + execution (without being purely operational)
 • Has strong storytelling and value-based marketing skills
 • Has experience working with the US market

Strong advantage:
 • Experience with Israel-related products or personal connection to Israel
