Role Summary:

As a Marketing Manager overseeing Program Operations, you'll manage the flawless execution of regional creator programmes. This high-impact role requires a self-starter to drive efficiency, budget control, and strategic operational leadership, ensuring a consistent brand experience across multiple markets.

Role: 

  • Implement and manage scalable, automated event invitation processes, leveraging the insights and analytics (I&A) propensity model to streamline outreach efforts.
  • Develop, own, and strategically maintain the regional operational playbook and master calendar for the creator programmes, as directed by the program lead.
  • Act as the central operational point of contact for local teams executing regional events, providing strategic support for their production and logistical needs.
  • Maintain and distribute standardised templates for events to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all markets.
  • Own the budget for the creator programme, including processing all related purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
  • Compile and distribute the monthly Creator Marketing newsletter and manage the submission process for internal communications snippets.
  • Assist key stakeholders in preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage relationships with key event vendors.



You:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or a similar leadership role within a large technology or media company.
  • Proven experience in managing and owning large operational budgets, processing purchase orders, and handling complex vendor contracts.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, moving pieces simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership experience in maintaining and optimising operational playbooks and master calendars.
  • Experience assisting senior management with materials preparation for executive-level meetings (e.g., QBRs).
  • Proficiency with event management processes and tools, particularly those involving automated outreach and communication.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and local teams. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.

Contract type: 12 months fixed term contract
