OverviewThe Remote Marketing Manager is a hands-on marketer responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies that support the growth and expansion of medical aesthetics business. This role supports the Senior Director, Marketing & Brand by translating strategy into high-quality creative and on-time execution that drives awareness, engagement, and in-clinic conversion.
This position requires a balance of creative leadership, cross-functional partnership, and strong project management. It requires someone who can turn marketing strategy into real, visible impact, often on tight timelines, while owning the full funnel, from in-clinic signage and print production to social, email, web, content, and promotions
Responsibilities- Set marketing implementation plans for assigned marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Own campaign alignment and integration across channels to deliver a consistent, cohesive patient experience
- Lead creative development by developing messaging and creative briefs, and overseeing copy, design and production
- Support the development, launch, and optimization of pilot programs and new initiatives, helping translate strategy into scalable execution
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align strategy, messaging, and execution
- Track performance against defined KPIs, contribute to dashboards and reporting, and use insights to optimize campaigns and creative
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and workflows with strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ensure brand consistency, creative quality, and operational feasibility across all marketing deliverables
Qualifications- Proven experience developing integrated campaigns and aligning marketing strategy across channels
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience guiding content, creative, and design work
- Solid understanding of print, design, and production processes
- Hands-on experience across digital channels, including email, web, and social, with a clear view of how they work together
- Ability to use research and insights (surveys, focus groups, feedback) to shape strategy and creative decisions
- Track record of managing complex projects and working cross-functionally to get things done
- Brings a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset while still thinking strategically
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to partner effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Confident in leading and influencing stakeholders, setting direction, and moving work forward
- Comfortable using tools like PowerPoint and Excel to build plans, track performance, and communicate progress.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or multi-site organizations a plus
For this position, the base pay range is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
