What you'll do...The Marketing Manager will support go-to-market initiatives that drive new and prior client growth for H&R Block’s Small Business segment. Reporting into the Director, Small Business Market Strategy, this role will partner closely with the Small Business LOB as well as partners across the broad marketing organization to help translate strategy into execution.  This role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple campaigns at different phases simultaneously, make independent decisions, and manage timelines effectively. The right candidate will be comfortable leading end-to-end campaign delivery, standing up small cross-functional teams, and providing strategic feedback on marketing strategy and creative/media/web assets.
Day to day, you'll...
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and plans for the small business segment by providing market insights, customer learnings, and executional recommendations
- Own the day-to-day execution and coordination of small business marketing campaigns ensuring cohesive messaging and integration across all marketing channels and deliverables
- Partner with creative, media, content, and email teams to help translate messaging and value propositions into effective campaign assets and experiences
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication to ensure launches stay on track and aligned to business priorities
- Support the execution of launches for new or enhanced small business services, coordinating crossfunctionally and helping ensure messaging, assets, and channels are ready
- Monitor campaign performance and reporting, helping to track results, flag issues, and identify optimization opportunities in partnership with analytics and channel teams
- Assist with ongoing testing and optimization efforts, incorporating performance learnings into future campaign recommendations
- Build strong working relationships across marketing, business, and analytics partners to ensure smooth execution and shared understanding of goals and priorities
What you'll bring to the team...Education:
- Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, or related field
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related role
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, integrated campaigns, or lifecycle marketing efforts
- Exposure to working with cross functional partners such as creative, media, analytics, and agency teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, matrixed environment where priorities can shift
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Clear and professional communicator who can synthesize information and keep partners aligned
- Detail oriented executor who balances precision with speed
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn - open to coaching and growing into increased strategic responsibility over time

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range$89,800.00 - $134,700.00/Yr.
