Gorilla Mind (gorillamind.com) is a rapidly growing Fitness & Health supplements brand focused on pre-workout, post-workout, protein, nootropics, energy drinks, and other lifestyle products that help individuals optimize mental and physical performance.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives including product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional programs. This role drives alignment across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Product, and Retail teams to deliver results on time and on strategy.
Location: Remote position but must live in OC/LA area for shoots, events and team meet ups
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project-manage initiatives from scoping and planning through delivery and evaluation
Assist with planning and execute product launches, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
Assist go-to-market execution for new products and campaigns
Manage marketing calendar and prioritize initiatives across channels
Coordinate cross-functional kickoffs and status meetings
Track campaign performance metrics and communicate results
Maintain project plans, documentation, and workflow processes
Establish and maintain relationships and communication across all levels of the organization
Optimize resource allocation and recommend workflow improvements
Partner with stakeholders to define and refine requirements and solutions
Conduct post-project analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
Operate and maintain the project management system, ensuring adoption across the department
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of progressive marketing operations, workflow, or project management experience
Experience managing product launches or integrated campaigns
Understanding of full marketing funnel (awareness → conversion)
Ability to influence without direct authority
Experience with ClickUp or equivalent project management software preferred
Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing
Experience reviewing briefs and scopes of work
Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and work autonomously or in teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated with attention to detail and reporting
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
