The Marketing Manager will drive OneStep’s growth and brand awareness across multiple healthcare verticals. This role blends strategic marketing with hands-on campaign execution, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention.
This position works cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success (CS), and Sales teams to deliver impactful marketing programs, develop customer-facing materials, and ensure that every stage of the OneStep customer journey—from onboarding to long-term engagement—reflects our mission of innovation and care.
Strategic Marketing & Planning
Identify and document compelling customer case studies, value stories and testimonials to showcase the success and measurable impact of OneStep’s solutions.
Collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) team to create materials supporting onboarding, adoption, and customer advocacy initiatives, including welcome kits, onboarding, patient and clinician adoption
Develop family-facing resources that communicate complex healthcare and technology concepts in clear, accessible, and trustworthy ways.
Develop OneStep user community by hosting customer webinars, focus groups, and collaborative sessions connecting clients with OneStep subject matter experts (SMEs) to foster networking, industry awareness, and shared learning.
Develop and coordinate Advisory Board or Referral Program, working with CEO, CRO, CMO, that supports customer and industry champions that may help drive customer acquisition, adoption and brand awareness
Develop a customer-facing newsletter (in collaboration with CS, Marketing, and Product) featuring company news, product updates, and best practices.
Conduct interviews of customers and other industry thought leaders, with output used as videos, testimonials, case studies, brand promotion, website content and social media.
Collaborate with marketing team members to execute nurture and retention campaigns that drive customer expansion and upsell opportunities.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, and webinars).
Lead Collateral Task Force, working with research, clinical, and product to translate technical product features or research into compelling customer value stories or other external facing materials.
