Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee and manage the company’s organic social media presence and email marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across channels. This role works cross-functionally to schedule and publish content, repurpose existing materials for social platforms, and support the creation of effective email campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a strong creative eye, excellent copywriting skills, and hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the social content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and posting
Create, review, and repurpose organic social content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
Review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging
Track and analyze social performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and growth
Support email campaign creation, including copywriting and creative ideation
Help develop email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer relationship management
Assist with theme selection, copywriting, and content creation using existing templates and design resources
Use Figma to create visuals and review designs with a strong eye for quality and consistency
Support miscellaneous design coordination, including QA of website copy
Ensure visual and messaging consistency across digital channels
Collaborate closely with the design team to keep marketing assets on-brand and performance-ready
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and light content creation or graphic design
Proficiency in Figma with a strong design sensibility
Strong copywriting skills for social media, email, and web content
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the marketing industry and the brand–agency ecosystem
