The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong ability to translate strategy into measurable results while supporting both external marketing initiatives and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and web)
- Support go-to-market initiatives for products, services, or verticals
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
Content, Messaging & Internal Communications
- Develop and manage marketing content including emails, website pages, case studies, blogs, and sales materials
- Support internal communications including company announcements, newsletters, leadership messaging, and change initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across both external and internal channels
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical offerings into customer-focused messaging
Trade Shows & Events
- Plan and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events from end to end
- Coordinate logistics including booth setup, marketing collateral, registrations, and vendor management
- Partner with sales to align pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
- Track and report on event performance, including lead generation and ROI
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Support marketing automation and CRM initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance
- Provide insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
Sales & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals
- Develop tools and collateral to support the sales process
- Coordinate with product, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in [industry—e.g., field service, refrigeration, healthcare, etc.]
- Experience planning or supporting trade shows and events
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and content marketing strategies
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or lead generation programs
