A Day in the Life of Marketing Manager:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience to support and execute marketing end-to-end across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate:
- Thinks big. There are no boundaries. This job is what you make of it.
- Takes ownership of the long-term success of your products. You are accountable for growth.
- Prioritizes. Balance strategic long-term goals for positioning the TOMIA brand with short-term tactical digital campaigns.
- Connects customer demands, market requirements, and analyst firms with your sales and product teams.
- Shares knowledge and insights. Understands how to drive value, what influences decision-making, and how to influence them.
So, how are we going to keep you busy?
- Creating and developing compelling content and sales collateral to drive value. This includes battle cards, demos, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Gathering market intelligence and competitive research. Educating sales on market challenges, trends, customer insights, and how TOMIA empowers operators to address them.
- Creating sales pipeline. Planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns based on pre-defined KPI’s (number of leads, engagement rate on social media, etc.). You’ll have a strong focus on lead generation and conversion into opportunities.
- Building the required communication strategies: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc.
- Organizing industry events, controlling bookings and budget, and creating public relations strategies to support branding activities.
- Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear ‘firsthand’ what the customers expect from TOMIA.
- Positioning TOMIA as a leader in the roaming industry, including award submissions.
What will make you eligible for this role?
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, product, or a related role.
- Comfortable adopting and working with new technologies and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong execution skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Creative thinking with the ability to propose and implement new ideas.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience, that will be an advantage:
- Proven experience in telecom or the roaming market is considered a plus.
- Expertise in designing and formatting marketing content, preferably translating technical features into clear customer-oriented value propositions.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven marketing platforms
- Familiar with sales prospecting tools and social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, or content marketing
