InGenius Prep (www.ingeniusprep.com) was founded by law students at Harvard and Yale and has grown into a global organization with hundreds of full-time and part-time employees across the U.S., Canada, China, and Korea.

We specialize in helping students gain admission to top U.S. colleges and graduate programs. Our team includes former admissions officers from many of the most selective institutions, providing students with unparalleled guidance and insight.

What We Do:
Our primary focus is assisting students in applying to U.S. Colleges and Graduate schools. Our company is fast-paced and exciting. We operate as a team, and everyone is given opportunities to advance in the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Manager, you will drive lead generation and grow our brand presence across both online and offline channels.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
• Manage full-cycle marketing campaigns from planning to execution
• Organize and oversee marketing events (webinars, presentations, networking events)
• Create and localize marketing materials for your target market
• Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry stakeholders
• Attend and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for results
• Collaborate with sales teams to support student enrollment

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Proficiency with social media and digital marketing platforms
• Prior marketing experience (internships, campus involvement, or professional experience)
• An understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
