Qualis LLC is hiring a Marketing Manager to own marketing execution across our programs and product lines. This person will run day-to-day marketing campaigns, manage product marketing and marketplace listings, and serve as the primary owner of marketing content on the company website. They will work directly with our marketing agency to plan and execute campaigns and will help coordinate marketing-related touchpoints between company leadership and corporate program, business development, and product governance activities. This is a hands-on role suited to a marketer who is a few years into their career and ready to own a broad scope of work, rather than a senior leadership position managing a large internal team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign & Program Marketing
- Execute marketing campaigns across Qualis programs and product lines, from concept through launch.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and approvals across internal stakeholders and the marketing agency.
- Track campaign performance and report results to leadership.
Product Marketing & Marketplace Management
- Work with the product owners for Qualis's product portfolio, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials.
- List and maintain product listings on relevant marketplaces, keeping descriptions, specifications, and assets current.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing messaging.
Website & Content Ownership
- Serve as the primary task owner of company and product marketing content on the Qualis website.
- Keep website content accurate, current, and consistent with approved messaging and brand standards.
- Manage the content update process, including coordinating changes with the agency or web team.
Marketing Agency Partnership
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Qualis's marketing agency.
- Work with agency on campaign objectives, review deliverables, and manage timelines and budget.
- Ensure agency-produced work aligns with corporate business priorities.
Executive & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support coordination between executive leadership and corporate program, business development, and product governance activities.
- Help prepare marketing-related materials and updates for internal leadership reviews.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other functions to keep campaigns aligned with corporate business priorities.
Additional Responsibilities (Recommended)Â
- Support trade show and industry conference participation, including booth logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as data sheets, case studies, and capability briefs for business development and capture teams.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning.
- Manage the company's social media presence and coordinate with leadership on public messaging.
- Support internal communications materials tied to marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing budget tracking and vendor invoicing in coordination with finance.
- Directly support head of business development, and gain approvals for public communication through COO and CEO.Â
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3–6 years of marketing experience, including campaign management and product marketing.
- Experience managing website content through a content management system (CMS).
- Experience working directly with external marketing agencies or vendors.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
Preferred
- Experience in the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector.
- Experience listing or managing products on B2B or government marketplaces.
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and how they shape marketing and messaging.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools.

Work Environment
- Location: Remote.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements (frequency to be confirmed by hiring manager).
