Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Marketing to lead and scale our entire marketing function at Tax Alchemy. This role is responsible for owning the full client acquisition ecosystem, including paid media, funnel strategy, content, email, social, and overall brand positioning. The Head of Marketing will ensure that every touchpoint reflects our premium, direct, and transformation-driven identity while consistently attracting and converting high-income earners, entrepreneurs, and investors.

This leader will go beyond managing campaigns and will focus on building the systems, processes, and infrastructure required to generate predictable, high-quality client growth month after month. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to turn marketing into a scalable revenue engine while protecting and elevating the company’s brand reputation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading marketing functions, ideally within financial services, coaching, or high-ticket B2C/B2B environments
  • Deep experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, and LTV and a track record of optimizing campaigns for growth
  • Experience with CRM and funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar tools, with the ability to build and execute marketing systems
  • Strong copywriting or copy direction skills, with a clear understanding of how to convert premium audiences
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to balance performance metrics while maintaining brand integrity
  • Comfortable operating as both a strategist and executor in fast-paced or lean environments
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in financial services marketing is highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams, providing clear direction, and driving performance
  • Experience leading hiring efforts, including writing job descriptions and conducting interviews to build out teams
  • Self-directed with a high level of accountability, consistently delivering and reporting on results


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing function across paid, organic, email, and social channels
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition, with clear ownership over cost per lead and conversion performance
  • Build and optimize funnels within GoHighLevel, including landing pages, automations, and follow-up sequences
  • Ensure all marketing content and messaging aligns with the Tax Alchemy brand voice and positioning
  • Manage paid advertising efforts across Meta, Google, and YouTube, or oversee external partners responsible for execution
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences from initial opt-in through booked call
  • Lead social media strategy and oversee content planning for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing clear insights through consistent KPI reporting
  • Identify and develop partnership and affiliate opportunities to expand brand reach and acquisition channels
  • Build and manage a lean marketing team or contractor network to support growth
  • Lead, mentor, and hold the marketing team accountable for performance and deliverables
  • Key voice in the hiring process for marketing roles, including defining needs, interviewing candidates, and contributing to hiring decisions
