About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and data-savvy Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty marketing team and revenue organization. This is an intermediate-level role ideal for someone with deep marketing experience and an aptitude for sales operationsbut who also brings a broader generalist mindset.

You’ll be a founding member of this growing team and company, so a startup mindset is required. 

You’ll optimize our marketing and sales tech stack, and will also support campaign execution, analytics, and reporting, while contributing to broader strategy, content, and research initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Own and optimize the tech stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms).
  • Manage data integrity, lead scoring, and lead flow between marketing and sales platforms.
  • Partner to ensure alignment across campaign attribution, funnel stages, and opportunity tracking.
  • Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards

Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, paid, etc.).
  • Collaborate on content creation, distribution, and engagement strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns effectively and on schedule.

Sales Operations

  • Conduct analysis of pipeline health and funnel conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across marketing and sales systems to monitor campaign ROI and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Support lead routing, and campaign attribution models.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign and pipeline data to generate insights that guide both marketing and sales strategy.
  • Track key metrics such as MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion, campaign ROI, and revenue attribution.
  • Present actionable findings and recommendations to leadership.

Generalist & Strategic Support

  • Contribute to brand initiatives, events, and content development.
  • Participate in GTM planning and cross-functional strategy sessions.
  • Support ad hoc marketing, sales, and analytics needs across the organization.

Bonus Areas (Not Required)

  • Experience or interest in market research.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that drive strategy.
  • Understanding of lead management, funnel metrics, and sales processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment and wear multiple hats.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.

Location: Remote                             

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt                     

Compensation Details:                               

            •         Base salary: $85,000 + per year, based on experience
