Job Description

Role & Function

The US Immunology Marketing Manager is responsible for providing commercial support for brand marketing strategy and tactics execution. This role has meaningful cross-functional impact and requires close collaboration with key internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, execution excellence, and performance.

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone. Regardless of location, the candidate must be able to work aligned with Eastern Standard Time hours and be willing to travel as needed for internal meetings, currently estimated < 20% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategic Alignment & Execution: Support and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels, including media, digital, print and omnichannel, ensuring tactics align with strategy and drive achievement of defined KPIs and goals
  • Project Management: Apply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
  • Performance Evaluation & Strategic Thinking: Measure and assess the impact of marketing initiatives against goals; optimize plans accordingly. Proactively generate ideas beyond existing plans to evolve strategy and execution
  • Print & Fulfillment: Serve as the primary contact for marketing asset inventory management and fulfillment across two brands
  • Meeting & Training Support: Support pull through, training and rollout of key initiatives as needed
  • Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) Review Excellence: Collaborate with the MLR reviewers to effectively ensure all brand materials meet medical, legal, regulatory requirements, and align with MLR reviewers on appropriate approval timelines
  • Disease State Acumen: Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of the immunology therapeutic area, relevant disease states, and the competitive landscape
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure delivery of work consistent with product brand strategy, messaging, and tactical execution
  • Cross Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal & Compliance, Market Access, Omnichannel and Patient Services

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Immunology, Orphan or Rare Disease Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing/sales preferably in the healthcare pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to partner well with cross-functional partners to deliver business needs
  • Committed to exemplifying Sobi’s core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership, Partnership
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills and mastery in creating exceptional presentations
  • Experience in using Veeva Vault
  • Must have strong planning, project management and organization skills
  • Experience in managing complex projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval process
  • Ability to exercise strong judgement and live up to high ethical and compliance standards
  • Strong self-starter, able to prioritize workload, coordinate cross-functional support, and lead others to meet multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
  • Travels as needed: 10-20%

The base salary range for this role is 106,000 – 145,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
