We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing data to help improve campaign performance and decision‑making in a B2B professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze basic marketing performance metrics such as leads, website traffic, email engagement, and campaign results
Assist with creating regular reports and dashboards for the marketing team
Help maintain data accuracy across marketing and CRM systems
Compile and organize data from multiple sources for analysis
Market & Customer Insights:
Assist with basic market and competitor research
Help organize customer and prospect data for segmentation and targeting
Support analysis of buyer behavior and engagement patterns
Campaign Support:
Support marketing campaigns by monitoring performance and identifying trends or areas for improvement
Assist with email, digital, website, and content performance analysis
Help track leads and marketing activity through the sales funnel
Support A/B testing and simple marketing experiments
Collaboration & Learning:
Work closely with marketing team members to support day‑to‑day marketing activities
Partner with sales or operations teams to share insights and reports
Learn and apply best practices in marketing analytics and reporting tools
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing environment
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track leads, campaigns, and marketing activity
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including email, website, social media, and integrated campaigns
Graphic design skills, with experience creating and updating basic marketing assets (e.g., presentations, email graphics, one-pagers, or social visuals) using Canva or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and best practices
