About the Role

This is a commercially-oriented marketing role that sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and sales enablement. As J4RVIS’s first dedicated marketing hire, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, building the marketing engine from the ground up while working closely with the sales leadership team. The role is strategic and hands-on: you will define the quarterly marketing calendar, execute campaigns across digital and event channels, manage agency relationships, and run account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise clients. You will leverage AI tools and modern marketing technology to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes. This is a pioneering role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a visible impact on a growing business

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Lead Gen
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid ads, events) to generate qualified leads.
    • Develop and manage the quarterly marketing calendar in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Run A/B testing across platforms and markets to optimise campaign performance.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership
    • Own J4RVIS’s brand identity, messaging, and visual presence across all channels.
    • Create and curate content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social posts) positioning J4RVIS as a leader in AI transformation and Salesforce consulting.
    • Manage the company website to reflect current positioning and drive inbound interest.
  • Account-Based Marketing
    • Design and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting key enterprise accounts in collaboration with sales.
    • Develop tailored messaging and engagement campaigns for priority accounts to drive awareness and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Events & Community
    • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, and J4RVIS-hosted functions.
    • Support major events including Dreamforce and local Salesforce community gatherings.
    • Manage event logistics, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics
    • Manage paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.
    • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimise spend and strategy.
    • Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
  • Agency & Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, digital, PR) to maximise output from marketing investment.
    • Brief agencies effectively, review deliverables, and ensure brand consistency across all external outputs.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to translate go-to-market strategies into marketing collateral, pitch materials, and campaign assets.
    • Support the sales team with content and tools that enable effective client engagement.
  • AI & Innovation
    • Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technology to drive efficiency and scalability.
    • Identify and implement new approaches to content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
    • Champion an AI-first mindset in all marketing processes.


Required Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within professional services, technology consulting, or a marketing agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign management across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing account-based marketing strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships to deliver marketing outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Highly proficient with AI tools and modern marketing technology; comfortable implementing AI-first workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content across formats.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Account-based marketing expertise — able to design targeted engagement strategies at account and persona level.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in targeting international markets (US, Asia-Pacific) is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge or experience is a plus but not essential.3+ years’ experience in an internal IT, IT operations, or IT coordinator role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Experience managing SaaS access, device management, and IT asset inventories
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance-driven environments (ISO experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote role and manage priorities independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills
