We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to own and elevate Yield.xyz’s marketing across content, positioning, launches, and go-to-market execution.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can combine strategy with execution. You’ll work directly with leadership to define how Yield.xyz shows up across the market — from product launches and partner narratives to website copy, thought leadership, social, and ecosystem campaigns.
You should be equally comfortable shaping high-level messaging and getting into the weeds to write, edit, ship, and refine. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn complex infrastructure and technical products into clear, compelling stories that resonate with wallets, fintechs, enterprises, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. This is not a “strategy-only” role; you will be expected to write, edit, and ship high-quality work regularly.

Own Yield.xyz’s core messaging, positioning, and narrative across products, partnerships, and company branding
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across content, launches, campaigns, ecosystem visibility, and brand
Write and refine high-quality copy across website pages, product announcements, partner materials, decks, blog posts, case studies, social posts, and press-facing content
Translate complex Web3 infrastructure, yield products, and technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for different audiences
Partner closely with leadership, product, business development, and design to launch new products and campaigns with strong market positioning
Shape how Yield.xyz presents itself to enterprise clients, partners, investors, and the broader ecosystem
Manage and maintain the content pipeline across thought leadership, educational content, product marketing, and announcements
Support partner marketing efforts, including co-marketing launches, ecosystem announcements, and tailored GTM materials
Own editorial quality and consistency across all external communications
Identify and drive opportunities to increase awareness, category leadership, and inbound interest
Help build a scalable marketing foundation, including workflows, calendars, asset development, and external contributor coordination where relevant
Track performance and iterate based on what drives real business outcomes
5+ years of experience in marketing, content, product marketing, communications, or related roles
Strong experience owning messaging and positioning for technical products, ideally in B2B, infrastructure, fintech, or Web3
Exceptional writing and editing ability with a sharp eye for clarity, structure, and tone
Native English speaker
Ability to make complex concepts simple, compelling, and commercially relevant
Strong product marketing instincts: you understand how to position products, communicate differentiation, and support GTM execution
Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution speed
Proven ability to produce high-quality written work under ambiguity and minimal direction
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-context environment with shifting priorities
Ability to operate strategically while also being highly hands-on
Excellent judgment and attention to detail across brand, messaging, and external communications
Strong async communication skills and comfort working in a globally distributed team
High taste level and strong intuition for what “great” looks like in B2B and product marketing
Experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, developer tooling, or API/infrastructure products
Familiarity with staking, DeFi, wallets, onchain finance, or broader digital asset ecosystems
Experience supporting enterprise or strategic partnership GTM efforts
Strong social/content instincts for founder-led and company-led channels
Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership on company narrative and strategic communications
Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, or external collaborators where needed
Experience in high-growth startup environments where speed, ambiguity, and ownership matter
Genuine curiosity about the future of finance and where Web3 infrastructure is headed
Work on critical infrastructure powering the next generation of decentralized finance and Web3 wallets
Own the narrative for a category-defining company at the intersection of fintech and crypto
