Duration: 12 weeks, starting on May 26 or June 8 

About the Role 
Vertex Inc. is looking for an ambitious Marketing Intern to join our European Marketing Team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn B2B marketing, support multi-channel campaigns, and explore how AI is transforming marketing. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Assist with B2B campaign execution, events, and content initiatives. 

  • Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and content tools where applicable. 

  • Conduct AI research to identify tools, agents, trends, and use cases for marketing. 

  • Summarize findings into clear insights and recommendations, highlighting current gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities in how AI and modern marketing tools are used today. 

What You’ll Learn 

  • How Field & Partner Marketing drives demand and customer engagement. 

  • How marketing channels and tools work together in practice. 

  • How teams evaluate, apply, and prioritize AI use cases in marketing. 

 

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, graduating after December 2026. 

  • Strong interest in and hands-on exposure to AI tools and applications. 

  • Foundational understanding of marketing concepts through coursework, projects, or student activities. 

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions and clearly present actionable insights. 

  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong drive to understand how things work, actively seeking context rather than waiting for instructions. 

  • Proactive, self-directed work style with comfort exploring topics independently and structuring open-ended research 

  • (Preferred) Interest in B2B, technology, or international business environments.
