JOB TITLE: Marketing Intern

  REPORTS TO: SVP, Client Advocacy and Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Global Client Advocacy

LOCATION: Remote

DURATION: 8 Weeks starting June 15th

PAY RATE: $18.00 Per Hour

 

Overview

This marketing internship offers hands-on experience across client engagement, content creation, and campaign strategy in a dynamic, global environment. Interns will collaborate with marketing and advocacy teams to support client communications, develop professional messaging, and participate in real-world business discussions. The role emphasizes storytelling and content development, giving interns the opportunity to craft impactful materials such as emails, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.

Participants will also gain exposure to global marketing practices by helping tailor messaging for diverse audiences across different regions and platforms. The program is designed to strengthen communication, cross-cultural awareness, and brand storytelling abilities.

Marketing Internship – Learning & Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Communications Support

  • Participate in meetings and discussions with clients alongside marketing and advocacy leaders.
  • Help prepare talking points, meeting summaries, and client-ready materials that align with the company’s brand voice and values.
  • Develop professional communication and relationship-building skills through direct client interaction.

2. Global Audience & Storytelling Development

  • Support the creation and adaptation of marketing messages for diverse audiences across markets and platforms.
  • Learn to craft inclusive, impactful stories that resonate across regions and cultures.
  • Strengthen cross-cultural communication and global marketing awareness.

3. Content Creation & Strategic Writing

  • Contribute to the development of written materials such as emails, blog posts, social media content, executive talking points, and internal communications.
  • Build skills in persuasive storytelling, brand writing, and thought leadership content creation.
  • Learn to tailor tone, structure, and messaging to suit different audiences and goals.

4. Event, Media & Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with planning and executing webinars, virtual events, podcasts, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Gain insight into how brands communicate through live and digital media channels.
  • Support content scheduling, promotion, and post-event follow-up to enhance audience engagement.

5. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Work closely with marketing and advocacy teams to understand the strategy behind campaigns, client engagement, and content planning.
  • Help develop and implement creative marketing initiatives focused on brand trust, security, and impact.
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end marketing processes—from ideation to execution and analytics.
