The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Associate Market Intelligence Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Monitoring markets and competitors, including analysis of competitor earnings, business strategies, and segment developments to provide actionable near and long-term insights.
- Manages global IP&SS market model framework, data collection, and data integrity process to monitor trends that inform strategic planning.
- Conducting and effectively communicating market and customer analytics to inform both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and new market exploration.
- Securing, curating, and managing key data assets to ensure reliable and consistent inputs for market understanding.
- Delivering concise, fact-based analyses and supporting materials for strategic planning discussions, business reviews, and executive-level presentations
How you will make an impact
- Partnering with Strategic Business Directors and cross-functional leaders to ensure analyses and insights are integrated into decision-making processes.
- Bringing an external data perspective into the organization through continuous scanning of markets, customers, and competitor data.
- Enabling more effective portfolio management and investment prioritization by ensuring robust and data-driven insights.

Your Skills and Expertise
Demonstrated success in monitoring and analyzing market and competitive trends, applying financial analysis, and collaborating across functions to deliver strategic insights.
- Strong analytical and market modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Experience in market forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and customer analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations.
- Skilled at mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver results through collaboration, credibility, and shared accountability to drive execution.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field AND 7 years of relevant business experience (e.g., business analysis, market research, corporate strategy, or consulting).
- Familiarity with visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Economics, or related field).
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
- Experience working in global, product-focused environments with SKUs and regional market differences.
- Exposure to strategy development, M&A diligence, or portfolio management.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
