Till now one of the co-founders was leading the marketing & sales function. No we’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead who will take full ownership of how magier is positioned, discovered, experienced, and ultimately - chosen.
This is a role for someone who combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution. Someone who wants to own the full journey from brand → demand → pipeline → close.
Own the entire marketing & revenue engine — taking responsibility for brand, demand generation, pipeline growth, and closing new customers. You build the system. You run it. You improve it.
Shape and strengthen magier’s position as one of the leading design partners for SaaS & tech companies through a clear narrative, thought-leadership, and consistent excellence.
Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across inbound, outbound, partnerships, events, and social with a strong performance mindset.
Own the full inbound sales process: qualification, discovery calls, proposals, objection handling, and closing - always focused on ICP-fit, quality relationships, and long-term value.
Build a measurable, scalable, and predictable funnel — with clear reporting, dashboards, and revenue forecasting.
Lead and collaborate with our existing marketing team (social marketer & designer) as well as building it out over time.
Turn magier’s expertise, learnings, and customer wins into powerful marketing stories that convert awareness into trust — and trust into action.
Test. Learn. Iterate. Improve conversion, shorten sales cycles, increase win-rate — always balancing premium brand with commercial outcomes.
Proven experience owning marketing + revenue outcomes in B2B SaaS, tech, or agency environments
Strong strategic mindset - combined with hands-on execution
Experience running discovery & sales conversations
Deep understanding of positioning, messaging & demand generation
Comfortable leading a small team and collaborating with founders
Data-driven, commercially sharp, numbers-literate
Excellent communication - written & spoken
Creator-friendly mindset - you understand modern distribution
Entrepreneurial, proactive, autonomous — you like to own things
Experience with high-ticket lead gen → You know what it takes to generate and nurture leads for premium or complex services.
Agency or creative services background → You’ve marketed something similar to magier and understand the value of top-tier design.
German language skills (not required)
