We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer who can concept, design, and manage production across both digital and physical channels—from initial idea through final delivery. This includes everything from social ads and website graphics to printed materials, packaging, and large-format brand experiences.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint—ensuring what we put into the world is cohesive, polished, and high-impact. If you love switching between mediums and owning work from concept to execution (including vendor coordination and print production), this role is for you.
Own the full design process for both digital and print assets — from brainstorming and concepting to production-ready files and final delivery.
Design digital marketing assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, website PDPs, emails, landing pages, and more.
Create and produce physical brand materials, including packaging, printed inserts, brochures, invitations, event collateral, and retail signage.
Coordinate print and production, including sourcing materials, selecting vendors, preparing print specs, reviewing proofs, and ensuring quality output.
Develop creative for OOH campaigns and experiential environments (posters, transit ads, billboards, events).
Collaborate with content and ad teams to design beautiful graphics, illustrations, and motion elements for storytelling and short-form video.
Build reusable and scalable templates for social media and advertising workflows.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure alignment across all channels and external partners.
Provide creative direction and QC for agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
Stay current on design, cultural, and platform trends to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and distinctive.
3–5+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design for consumer brands or creative agencies.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
Demonstrated experience designing digital ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and email, including motion graphics and short-form video concepting.
Proven ability to design for print and manage the full production process, from concept to vendor coordination to final delivery.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback and providing art direction to external partners.
