Do you have a talent for creating powerful video and text ads that convert?
Are you data driven in your decision making and understand that your intuition only goes so far, with the rest carried by testing?
Are you a “chronic” A/B tester, who always tests everything, and never settles because “perfection does not exist and marketing can always be improved”?
Are you well versed in the challengers VS champion style of marketing?
Can you manage up to 10 individual funnels of similar offers at once, optimizing all of them for improvement?
Can you speak and write excellent English?
You will play a crucial role expanding the offers of the current business from a handful, to 100 by the end of 2026.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the funnel for up to 30 offers during the expansion phase, and between 10-20 during the contraction, and optimization phase.
Your goal will be to ensure maximum profitability for the offers you are responsible for.
Proven Experience: 3+ years experience directly managing real ad spend spend with a proven portfolio or results that you can point to.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with leadership and teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing, looking past tomorrow, or next week, and understanding what marketing changes will actually contribute massively, long term.
Ability to collaborate with an international team, across different timezones, especially when deadlines count.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to spot small differences in ads, copy, landing pages, or campaigns so that you can link those differences back to differences in results, and optimize in the next round of testing.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sheets, Google ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Bing Ads, and others. Strong Google Workspace skills. High level proficiency with Excel/Google sheets. High level ability to learn custom built softwares like an internal, custom built CRM and Admin Panel.
Adaptability: Ability to effectively work remotely, change direction quickly, cut losers even quicker, and shift budget and attention to scale winners, when winning offers and losing offers start to form in the expansion phase.
