We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing, innovative payment facilitation company at an exciting stage of its journey. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a driven and creative marketer who wants real ownership and the opportunity to modernise a brand in a scaling fintech environment.

The role will play a central part in strengthening the company’s brand, modernising its marketing capability, and enabling sales generation across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure the company’s value proposition is clearly articulated and consistently communicated to both internal and external audiences.

Early priorities for the role will include rebranding the business, launching a new website, and establishing best-in-class communication channels, with scope to grow into broader demand generation and strategic marketing responsibilities as the company scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ‘What we expect’:

This is a highownership role in a fastscaling business. While rooted in marketing, the position will regularly cut across functions, requiring a proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to get stuck in to support commercial and growth priorities.

Brand, Positioning & Rebranding

  • Lead and deliver the rebranding of the business, including brand guidelines, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Help define and articulate a clear value proposition for merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders within a payment facilitation model.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Own the launch of a new company website, including structure, content, messaging, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Manage website content updates, landing pages, and performance, working with external agencies where required.
  • Use analytics and insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.

Content & Communications

  • Create, manage, and maintain all internal and external marketing materials, including presentations, sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Support PR, announcements, and key communications aligned to business milestones and growth initiatives.

Sales Enablement & Growth Support

  • Develop marketing assets that support sales generation, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
  • Support campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, leads, and pipeline growth.

Tools, Technology & Ways of Working

  • Use modern marketing tools and AI-enabled platforms to improve efficiency, quality, and reach.
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes suitable for a fast-growing fintech business.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies where required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ‘About You’:

  • A motivated and proactive marketing professional with hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, and communications.
  • Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Confident working with websites and digital platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Experienced in managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Interested in technology, fintech, and payment services, with a desire to learn and grow in the sector.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

WHAT WE OFFER ‘What’s in it for You’:

  • The opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the marketing function of a fast-growing payment facilitation business.
  • High visibility and exposure to senior leadership.
  • Significant scope for learning, development, and progression as the company scales.
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond pure execution and help build a modern, scalable marketing capability that directly supports business growth.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and job responsibilities. Vesta Software Group offers excellent benefits.
