Marketing Executive – Global Events & Campaigns
i2, a Harris Computer company, are seeking a Marketing Executive on a full-time, permanent, remote-working basis, in the UK.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive – Global Events & Campaigns to support and progressively take ownership of global field marketing initiatives. This role sits at the heart of revenue-generating marketing activity, supporting international trade shows, customer-facing events, webinars, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will report into the Global Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader marketing team, playing a key role in ensuring events and campaigns translate into measurable pipeline impact. This is a growth-track position designed to develop into independent ownership of global field events within 12–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Global Trade Shows & Field Marketing
Support end-to-end delivery of international trade shows across multiple regions
Manage event timelines, logistics, supplier coordination, and stakeholder alignment
Ensure all pre-event marketing campaigns are executed on schedule
Own post-event lead processing and CRM accuracy within 48 hours
Track event performance metrics and contribute to ROI reporting
Travel internationally to support onsite execution as required
Large Customer-Facing Events
Coordinate project plans, budgets, and key milestones
Liaise with external agencies for creative and collateral delivery
Manage registration systems and attendee communications
Ensure brand consistency and execution quality
Campaign & Lead Generation Support
Build and schedule marketing emails and workflows in HubSpot
Manage segmentation and list hygiene
Support integrated campaigns linked to events and product initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisations
Work closely with Sales to support lead follow-up processes
Webinar Programme Management
Manage the global webinar calendar
Build registration pages and reminder workflows
Support live delivery and technical logistics
Report on attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)
Seamless delivery of 6–10 global events
Accurate CRM lead processing within 48 hours post-event
Improved webinar attendance rates
Reduced campaign deployment time through process optimisation
Clear reporting on event and campaign performance
Experience & Skills
2–4 years B2B marketing experience (preferably SaaS or technology)
Exposure to international trade shows and field marketing
Hands-on HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform) experience
Strong project management capability
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across regions
Willingness to travel internationally
