- Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to develop pre-event promotions, on-site materials, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Brief executives and sales teams ahead of conferences, providing competitive intelligence, talking points, and meeting schedules.
- Track and report on event performance against defined KPIs, including lead generation, attendee engagement, cost-per-lead, and post-event pipeline impact.
- Conduct post-event debriefs; capture learnings and optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations for future events.
- Develop and maintain standardized event playbooks, checklists, SOPs, and core materials (tools, decks, links, agendas) to enable consistent, efficient execution and collaboration with internal teams and SMEs.
- Proactively bring forward new ideas and differentiated participation recommendations (e.g., activations, thought leadership, giveaways) so UBC stands out as event formats and best practices evolve.
